While many campers and motorhomes carry standard metal license plate like that of typical car or truck, some do not. If you're renewing a mobile home that's stationary, you should have a numbered decal displayed on the outside which takes the place of a license plate. The number on that decal is what needs to be provided on your order for us to complete the renewal.
To re-submit an order that was canceled because the plate or decal number is incorrect, login to your account and resubmit your order after you've correct the plate or decal number. You may also visit start a new order without logging in.
Remember, if your mobile home is comprised of two combined unites or a “double,” you'll have two decals, one for each unit. You'll need to place an order for each decal number.
Also, if you are unclear on when the registation expires, check the registration card or decal which will show the expire date as December 31st for mobile homes and the birthdate of the first registered owner for RVs and campers.
