eTags renewal reminder are based solely on your order history with us. Our system is not updated if you renew or complete another registration or title transaction in person, by mail, or online via other websites. These reminders are sent a few times before and after the expiration date we've saved for your registation based on the last order you placed with us. You can login in to your account to view your order history.
Separately, you my receive registration reminders from your state or county by mail. Please keep in mind, these notifications are printed in advance and may not reflect recent activity on your part or you most current situation.
If you'd like to opt out from receiving email reminders from eTags, simply scroll to the bottom of the email you received and click on UNSUBSCRIBE or reply STOP to a text message. Please note, if you've renewed multiple plate/tag numbers with eTags, by unsubscribing you'll no longer receive reminders for any registration associated with that email or phone number
If you've placed multiple orders with us involving more than one email address, the unsubscribe action will not impact ALL email addresses. You'll need to unsubscribe each email if applicable.
