Registration renewal and replacement orders can be canceled under two circumstances:
- You have not yet received the email or text message confirming your order is Processed. In this case you may submit a support ticket to request cancelation of your order.
- You recently received the email or text message confirming your order is Processed. You may be able to cancel the order yourself by logging in to your account. A cancelation option will be available for an hour after your order is processed
If the cancelation option is not available after your order is processed, your order can no longer be canceled even if you call or email our support team. Please be aware that if you added Rush service to expedite the processing of your renewal or replacement, the cancelation window is shortened further.
Please note that eTags offices and those of most DMVs aren’t open during evening and weekend hours, but our automated systems will still process registration renewals and replacements with expediency as is expected of our service.
